In fact, I bought the wrong cables. What I need should be simplex, but I ordered duplex. When I received them, I asked my Account Manager Sylvia how to return them for exchange, she told me that there is no need to exchange the cables, because the duplex cable is made up by two simplex cables. Removing the buckle, the duplex cables will become two simplex cables. What an amazing design, it’s really convenient for usage. But I think FS should give a note for customers on website, it will help clients like me who thought they ordered wrong products.
