Booster-Amplifier C-Band 40 Channels DWDM EDFA

The M6200 series booster amplifier is a low-noise, gain-flattened C-band optical erbium doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) designed to cost-effectively extend the optical link power budget for building long distance DWDM solutions.

It provides amplification for a range of optical solutions starting from single wavelength, up to full ITU C-Band 40 DWDM wavelength. And M6200 series EDFA can be highly integrated with M6200 series WDM platforms and M6200 series DCM/OLP/R&B modules.

No, The M6200 series is a new series, which is different from the FMT platform. M6200 series is managed via new NMS network management software with M6200 series managed chassis. FMT platform is managed via Monitor Online Software with FMT managed chassis. By L***e on 26/11/2020
