If items are shipped to an address within Washington State, payment will be remitted to our U.S. bank account by Wire Transfer or Check, and a 10% sales tax will be charged in accordance with Washington State tax laws. Items shipped to Canada and Mexico are free of sales tax but buyer will be responsible for custom clearance and duty tax. To make sure your packages pass your local customs as quick as soon, please fill your EORI(Economic Operator Registration and Identification) number when placing order. The EORI(Economic Operator Registration and Identification) Number is required by your local customs, without it, you aren’t able to complete the Entry Summary Declaration which is a mandatory step in the import.

In accordance with the laws governing members of the European Union, FS.COM is obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU. All items in our catalogue are subject to the regular VAT rate of 19% in according to the General Tax Law of Germany, and you will be able to see your total amount inclusive of applicable VAT before you pay your order, when you have completed your order information (including your business type and delivery address).
For orders delivered to destinations in Germany, we will charge a 19% VAT in according to the General Tax Law of Germany. For orders delivered to EU destinations outside of Germany, we will charge a 19% German VAT if the customer is an individual legal identity, but if the customer is a business buyer and has a valid VAT Identification Number, VAT will not be charged.
