Can these cables run at 10Gbe speeds when plugged into a 10Gbe (SFP+) switch? We have a SuperMicro Server with a 25GBe AIOM based on Mellanox ConnectX-4 chipset. Currently using a Cisco Nexus 10GBe switch but will be upgrading to a 25GBe Arista switch within the next 6 months. We do not want to have to purchase new cabling when the new switches are installed.

There is no answer for the moment. or you can answer it.
Will these cables work on Ubiquiti, model USW-Aggregation-Pro switches?

I ordered Cisco compatibility. They worked great on my W126087956 25Gig ports.

Anyone used this to connect Nexus 9K switches to Dell servers with Broadcom 25G cards? Do I use the Cisco compatible DAC sfp28 cables?
by S***o on 07/20/2021
Sure. the Cisco compatible one can be fully compatible with Broadcom NICs.

I’m looking into purchasing some 25G DACs to be connected between Juniper QFXs and Dell R7515s with Broadcom 57414 NICs. Neither of those brands are listed, how do I know what brand?
by E***i on 06/10/2021
Hi there, you need different compatible brands, Juniper and Dell for both ends respectively, pls try the Customized button. As long as the endpoints have industry standard interface these cables should work just fine. Buy one and test it out.

I'm trying to order some 1.5m 25G DAC cables for my Dell servers. Do you know if the Generic/FS cables would be compatible with the Dell QLogic QL41262 network adapter?
by D***s on 04/12/2021
Generic. My AM has consulted this for me with their technical experts. Same NIC and works well on mine.

Need 25G DAC to connect my S5850-24T16B and Broadcom p225p network adapter. What compatible brand should I choose for each side?
by B***n on 02/18/2021
Recommend you choose Generic compatibility for both sides based on my purchasing experiences on this website.

One end of this cable goes to the Cisco switch and the other end goes to the Mellanox 4111A-ACAT or 4121A-ACAT NIC. Will this cable support it? We are limited by the speed to 10G(switch side) when we use the Mellanox 25G to 25G cables.
by N***y on 07/22/2019
Thanks for your question. The datasheet of Mellanox 4111A-ACAT or 4121A-ACAT NIC shows that this switch doesn't support 10G/25G optical port, so 25G DAC will work with your device. We recommend you to choose customized 25G DAC #49575 and choose "Dual Compatibility Solutions", fill in you device model, then we will prepare the appropriate DAC for you.
