The Cisco Compatible QSFP28 to 4x25G SFP28 Direct Attach Cable operates over active copper, which allows for longer transmission distance and less thickness. This breakout cable is compliant with SFF-8679, SFF-8472, SFF-8402, SFF-8665, QSFP28 MSA and SFP28 MSA standards.
It is suitable for very short distances, and offers a highly cost-effective Ethernet connectivity solution for the interconnection between devices using 100G QSFP28 ports and 25G SFP28 ports in data centers, High Performance Computing(HPC) and Switches/Routers/Server/Storage racks and across adjacent racks.
