MTP® Conversion Cable, MTP®-16 F APC to 2 x MTP®-8 F UPC, 16F, OM4, OFNP, Type B

MTP® conversion cable is designed to provide a more flexible multi-fiber cabling system based on MTP® products. Unlike MTP® harness cable, MTP® conversion cables are terminated with MTP® connectors on both ends and can provide more possibilities for the existing 16-fiber cabling system.

MTP®-16 APC to 2 x MTP®-8 UPC conversion harness cable, whose MTP®-8 connectors use MTP®-12 only 8 active fibers to transmit light and 4 inactive fibers not connected, designed for linking two NVIDIA InfiniBand 200G QSFP56 or optical QSFP56 transceivers transmission to NVIDIA 400G QSFP-DD or optical QSFP-DD/OSFP transceiver transmission. Compared to purchasing and installing separate conversion cassettes, using MTP® conversion cables is more cost-effective and lower-loss.

Please note: The US Conec MTP® connectors are fully compliant with the MPO standards, achieving higher performance levels when compared to generic MPO connectors.
