What is Global Shipping Program (GSP)?

The Global Shipping Program (GSP) makes a wide range of items from FS Asia global warehouse available to U.S. and Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands (U.S.) and Australia customers. It simplifies the import process and shows you the complete amount you will pay for international products, including import fees. We'll manage the international shipping and customs process for you, until right to your doorstep. With Global Shipping Program, shopping globally is just as easy and worry-free as shopping locally.

1. Import Fees and Customs Clearance Handled by FS

When view the international products shipped from FS Asia online, you'll see the product price composed of item value and import fees on product page. The final charges including shipping cost and sales tax (for U.S. and Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands (U.S.) customers) / GST (for shipments to Australia customers) appear at checkout once you purchase it. We will handle the Import fees and customs clearance on your behalf.

2. Order Processing

The international products are processed in FS Asia global warehouse including manufacture, quality testing and package. The estimated processing time will vary depending on your choice of in-stock product or customized product.

Stocked international products in Asia warehouse are ready to ship within 1-2 business days after ordering.

For customized products, it will take some time to manufacture and then be shipped out. You can check the detailed lead time on product page or My Account.

3. Shipping & Delivery

The shipping time is based on your location and selected shipping speed. Delivery of your product after it has shipped from FS Asia warehouse will typically be within the following timeframes. We will provide an estimated delivery date, which you can review in your Order Confirmation email or My Account.

  • Q:  What regions are eligible for FS GSP service?

    The Global Shipping Program supports all addresses within United States and Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands (U.S.) and Australia.

  • Q:  What is the meaning of the "Import Fees included" in product page?
    A: 

    It means the import fees composed of customs duties and handle fees are included in the product price, which will apply to your order and ensure the item clears customs. There are no additional import fees upon delivery of your item.

  • Q:  What's the difference in Shipping & Delivery for the products shipped from FS U.S./Ausrtalia Warehouses and FS Asia Warehouse?
    A: 

    Stocked products in U.S./Australia warehouses will be shipped within 24 hours on working days. For the international products in FS Asia warehouse, the process time is up to the stock status of the products. Stocked products are ready to ship within 1-2 business days after ordering. For customized products, it will take some time to manufacture and then be shipped out. You can check the detailed lead time on product page or My Account.

  • Q:  How do I track my GSP package?
    A: 

    Once your package shipped, we'll send you a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, shipping date and items' details. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

  • Q:  What's the warranty and return policy for GSP items?

    The warranty and return policy of the items purchased via GSP are the same as purchased from FS U.S. and Australia To review your item's warranty period and return eligibility, please check Warranty and Return policy.
