MTP® Conversion Cable, MTP®-12 F APC to 2 x MTP®-4 F APC, 12F, OS2, OFNP, Type B

MTP® conversion cable is designed to provide a more flexible multi-fiber cabling system based on MTP® products. Unlike MTP® harness cable, MTP® conversion cables are terminated with MTP® connectors on both ends and can provide more possibilities for the existing 8-fiber cabling system.

MTP®-12 APC to 2 x MTP®-4 APC conversion harness cable, whose MTP®-12 connectors only use 8 active fibers to transmit light and 4 inactive fibers not connected and MTP®-4 connectors use MTP®-12 only 4 active fibers to transmit light and 8 inactive fibers not connected, designed for linking four upcoming 200G NVIDIA InfiniBand OSFP/QSFP56/QSFP112 transceivers to 800G NVIDIA InfiniBand twin-port OSFP transceiver transmission. Compared to purchasing and installing separate conversion cassettes, using MTP® conversion cables is more cost-effective and lower-loss.

Please note: The US Conec MTP® connectors are fully compliant with the MPO standards, achieving higher performance levels when compared to generic MPO connectors.
