We have conducted some preliminary testing on all x3 units that we have received... so far, everything looks good

I've tried to install ONIE SONiC on this Switch and first looks is good.

we received them last week, we are able to get information about sfp modules, we see light signal from remote. we tested in all fashions the link: 10g or 25g, autoneg or speed fixed………….the sfp28 ports, the qsfp28 ports are working fine.

This switch is definitely we want.we usually go with Juniper switches and Mellanox directly. We looked over fs site and it stated 5 years of suport, that is why we ordered it (it is an onie switch and supports sonic which we know and currently use also).

This review is for this wonderful 25G switch (N8550-48B8C):
We planned to deploy a high-density 25GbE network and found this leaf switch worth trying. First of all, the compact 1U form factor would help to save our space. 48 x SFP28 and 8 x QSFP28 ports were suitable for the current needs and prepared for our future upgrading. Additionally, for the sound, we demanded stability more than quietness. The redundant hot-swappable fan modules guaranteed a stable operating condition to us. And the 1+1 redundant power supply design was power-efficient and high-reliability as well. Most importantly, we bought these bare metal switches because we wanna adopt IP Infusion OcNOS that we were familiar with, user-friendly indeed.
Summary: ideally fit for high performance and programmable data center environments. A future-proofing choice to meet our future data center requirements.

The device is cool and I like it. Pretty easy to install using the included brackets and screws.
