I like this product, the fan-less design that not only provides a quite working environment but also gives me worry free for future exhausted fan replacement.

It's terrific value for the money. I'm using it to power 8 POE IP cameras, does what it's supposed to, makes practically zero noise and kicks out very little heat as well.

This is a first-rate PoE switch. The two uplink ports are especially good to have since you don't lose any of the powered connections when you connect routers or other switches. I think this is a fantastic switch.

I was looking for a replacement PoE+ switch. After some research I decided on the FS 3410-10TF-P switch. So far it providing me with everything I need. Very easy to setup/configure, fanless, does not get too hot, well built and good price for the capability it has. My only complaint I wish it had at least 2 x SFP+ ports so I could hook up to my other FS 3900 switch with fiber.
