Although I was not familiar with their new M6200 platform，they explain in details and answer every question patiently. Although some parts need a longer time for production and the weather causes some inconveniences, all items are delivered smoothly in the end. It's really great to work with FS team!

I'm not experienced in DWDM solutions for long haul situations, so free tech support is good. I was wondering how to boost the signal to exceed 80km, we had a number of sites, especially the distances between two sites was 122km. The solution from FS worked out, DCM and EDFA are ideal for our long-distance transmission.
