This product is amazing. Used it to replace normal TX & RX SFPs and freed up 50% of my physical fiber :)

The product is ridiculously overpackaged. Lasers are put in a very sturdy plastic holder that offers very good protection. But then they are put in a cardboard box that has a opening covered in transparent plastic. Why so much plastic? FS should be ashamed of themselves for contributing to plastic pollution problem.

I’m new to fiber optical field. Fortunately, FS.COM sales is very careful and professional. Firstly, I just bought 1310TX/1550RX BIDI SFP+, and didn't buy 1550TX/1310RX, FS.COM sales pointed out and explained the working theory to me. If I can give full score, I will, because the product is perfect. I've tested them three weeks ago, just inserting it, connecting cables, and supplying power to the equipment. So far there's no compatibility problem. No complaints, quick delivery, fast arrival, good packing and description. I bought modules from other suppliers, but they didn't work. I'm very pleased with fs.com products, and I want to thank them for their excellent work. This is a good choice.

Our customers always have different needs for compatibility and wavelength, which is not common, so we always need to spend long time to find relevant items for them.
