First time using FS – I like the product selection and the prices and so far everything’s been great.

The initial installation was smooth, Time will tell if they can work and continue, but they are currently testing properly.

My situation prior to using FS products:
- Digitus cat6a keystones
- El cheapo patch cables

My situation now:
- FS cat6a keystones
- FS utp cat6a patch cables

Observations:
- Wired ping improved from 15ms to 11ms
- better wifi signal

Overall i am pleased with the service provided and a big thanks to Hazel for the assistance.
