The product is solely offered for tryout. After testing, you will need to either return it back or make the payment for the product and keep it.

To get a product trial, you need to sign a sample application agreement (stating the products details and prices). Do note that for some products, you may need to place a deposit.

For the trial orders, shipping and delivery cost (if not eligible for free shipping), and additional charges in transit (e.g. tariff for customs clearance) should be borne by yourself.

The test period is 30 days from the receipt of goods. If you want to extend the trial period, you can contact AM to apply for a 60 day trial. After test period finishes, you can decide to pay for the product and keep it if you are satisfied or return it back if it is not suitable. Overdue payment will be charged if the product is not returned timely after the test period finishes.

We will conduct a comprehensive inspection upon receiving the returned goods. If the product is found damaged, compensation is necessary, and the amount varies from the product's value and test results.
