It is easy to get used to the CLI and web interfaces and there are no erroneous licensing costs that are hidden, or needed for firmware updates.

I was looking for a network packet broker supporting both QSFP+ Ports and QSFP28 Ports. My colleague recommended me to go with FS.com. Luckily, I found one. T8050-20Q4C matches all our requirements. Just ordered 2 sets. We will be looking at an order for probably 5 of these in next season.

Using FS products for many years now. I was looking to get the T5850-48S2Q4C at the beginning, it was out of stock, and after the sales representative's comparison, we still think the T5850-48S6Q is more suitable for our needs. So far I believe the packet broker is performing well. One thing that was helpful and convenient was that the configuration guide and related documentation was mostly available as a PDF file, making it easy for me to search for and open it.

Packet truncation enables us to perform header analytics efficiently on the main information in the initial part of the packet . This helps in tools optimization like improving tools performance by eliminating transmission of the unnecessary part of the packet payload and increases storage capacity, by giving tools more room to store the important portions of each packet. We did affirm this in our practical experience, and our data and the performance did improve greatly after the NPB, the data did not need as much storage capacity after flowing into the monitoring device as we thought. It is indeed a credit to NPB.

Performance is really good, connected to the lines, also improve the stability and smoothness of the network. By the way, most of our switches are also bought from FS.

Came in great time and packaged in original box just as described. Looks great!

The prices of these devices on the market are relatively expensive, so I must be more cautious in my choice. I compared this product with the products of another company and finally chose FS. It has been used for some time and brought me some surprises. I will consider continuing to cooperate with FS.
