I bought this network card and the speed is really amazing! The dual-port SFP28 design provides excellent performance in my data center network. Compared with the previous 10G network card, this is simply a leap.

I haven't done speed testing yet, but so far it's detected and configured just fine.

After setting up a pfSense machine with a couple of old Intel PCI cards (plus the onboard NIC) I had speed and interface error issues. pfSense was showing thousands of WAN interface errors and I was getting way below my cable modem speed of 10 gigabit downloads.

This card totally fixed those issues.... and it wasn't even that expensive, and FS was able to deliver early the next morning when I ordered late at night the previous day (with free same day delivery).

So, I'm totally satisfied... great card for pfSense machines.

I bought this card for my custom truenas to make a Link aggregation, ir works perfect without any additional configuration. Truenas recognize the chipset. So in less than 10min, I had my LA enabled.

Initially, I had some problems when connecting these network adapters to my NAS. FS support got connected with me and troubleshot the issues with my deployment. It turned out that my transceivers got wrong. Changed the new transceivers and the connection got normal. Recently we tried to speed down to 10G with these adapters, they worked very fast, only requiring to insert 10G transceivers without any setup procedures. Long story short, I am very pleased with this adapter.

My onboard Mellanox MCX4121A-ACAT NIC died so I got this as a replacement. 25G SFP28 DAC cable works with it smoothly.

Use 2 QSFP28 to 4x25G SFP28 DACs to connect the Dual-Port 25 Gigabit SFP28 NIC. No problems with the construction or design of the product either, it seems solid.
