We use IBM QSFP EB59, namely FINISAR 100G QSFP28 optical transceiver FTLC9558REPM. The type B MTP 12F you recommended is very suitable for connecting our Broadcom module.

Very good quality cables, the connectors have a nice "click" to them and are secure. Type B works perfect going between switches with MTP/MPO QSFP's.
