What do I need to bring?
You will need order nubmer and a valid photo ID to pick up your order, typically a driver's license or other state-issued ID card.
Who can collect the goods?
You can pick up the goods in person or commission someone to collect them. If someone else picks up the delivery, please give us her/his name and telephone number in advance. The person collecting the goods must identify himself/herself with a driver's license or other state-issued ID card.
You can choose pickup service at the checkout page. During the pandemic, some warehouses can not provide pickup service temporarily, information will be subject to change at checkout.
