13dBm Output Single Channel In-Line EDFA Optical Amplifier for SDH Networks
Fiberstore SDH-EDFA-LA-O13 in-line amplifier designed for the Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) applications are specifically designed for single wavelength optical transmission system to replace traditional O-E-O repeaters. It operates in the middle of an optical link designed for optical amplification between two network nodes on the main optical link. The device features wide input power range from -28dBm to -3dBm, output power up to 13dBm and low noise figure. It also includes RS-232 computer interface.

amplifier work by default in constant signal-gain mode, but they can be configured to constant total output-power mode.
