FS.COM warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship for all products sold and manufactured by FS.COM. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper deployment, misuse, accidents, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to us for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or refunded.

A Lifetime Warranty means that products enjoy a warranty within their own practical life. For example, the practical life of transceivers is about 5 years in normal applications, so the lifetime warranty on transceivers would be 5 years.

What Our Warranty Policy Will Do

We offer you our 100% satisfaction guarantee promise. For defective products we have shipped to you, we offer you the option of returning the products for a full refund, including shipping charges, replacement or maintenance services at any time. For FS.COM stock products in new or like-new condition, we shall refund you the total amount for the items returned, or offer replacements within our 30-day, any reason for return window. Our 30-day return policy excludes items that have been subject to misuse, or any consequential damages from their use.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA, please refer to our Return Policy page.

All returns must be in new, resalable condition with all manuals, accessories, documents and original, unmodified packaging. Custom orders can not be returned when they function properly as they are manufactured to our clients unique specifications.

The Warranty Department will inspect the product at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the product has a defect covered under this Warranty Policy, we will either repair, exchange or refund you in accordance with the RMA service type you request.

How to Get Warranty Services

Once you have made a decision to return items, please contact us for which specific items you want to return. Please note that all product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we have received your returns with all required documents, you will receive replacements that are in stock within 1-3 business days or get refunded within 7 business days.
