We have used these in the past and they have worked as expected. Great quality for all the products from FS.

This was a new and unique experience for me. A vendor that didn't screw up, but on the mere thought of the possibility that something might be wrong with my order, took extraordinary measures to make it right anyway.

I ordered a dozen of these and the day before they were supposed to arrive, I got an email from Cassie (my FS account rep) informing me that the SFPs that were shipped might have the wrong brand compatibility (EX instead of JU), complete with pictures of the incorrect product. She let me know that replacements were already being shipped next day air and that I'd get a free return label for the incorrect ones.

Turns out when it arrived, package contained the correct SFPs, but I'm truly impressed with the level of proactive customer service Cassie has provided.

As to the product, like everything I've purchased from FS.COM, they are working perfectly right out of the box and I know that if a problem develops, they will stand behind it.

In short, highly recommend.

We needed an SFP that would work at 100 Mbps in our Juniper EX9200, and it was hit or miss with other units; these work perfectly.

Bedenkt als Käufer nur, dass die Link-LED oder der Link-Status immer "link-ok" meldet, liegt wohl an der internen Funktion, dass auch 10/100 Bmit unterstützt wird.
Für mich kein Problem, nur als Hinweis gedacht.
