The product does what it's supposed to do and works well. It really helps me provide support and return great service to our customers, the platform using VoIP system constituted by the gateway helps our business a lot.

Overall a decent product, simple to configure. Nice looking and accessible user interface, and so fast to configure in my opinion. When I make a change it just takes a little while to load the page. Highly recommend it!
