Everything went well, and we’re all set up. I'm confident everything is good. I'm glad we found that FS has these cameras as we had purchased from PTZ Optics in the past. They are more expensive, and don't offer a 4k model yet. Thank you for all your help!

The unit was installed immediately after we received it and is working well. The connectivity and picture are as expected. The unit is quite robust and movement very smooth despite hanging from the ceiling. The speed to pre-set positions is very impressive.

This camera is fantastic. I’ve worked from home for over a decade and by far this is worth the investment. The picture is super high resolution, the camera follows you but not obnoxiously (only when you’re in the new spot for 5-10 seconds).

Great camera for Huddle rooms for 4-8 people. Auto focus is a tad slow,other than that it's amazing.

Just opened the box today and plugged it in for a 1 pm zoom call. It was just what we needed. It was simple to get working and I have very little experience in IT. I plugged it in to my laptop and added a new Microphone and our Non Profit is now finally zoom ready instead of using the camera and mic off the laptop.. Could not be any happier with our purchase. FS 4k camera did not disappoint.
