FS BOX V3 only works with FS Transceivers & DAC/AOC Cables. It is designed to achieve multiple functions such as online configuration, diagnosing and troubleshooting, wavelength tuning for tunable transceivers, box pro, and so on. With its instant online platform airmodule.fs.com and a wide range of configuration choices, engineers could configure in a timely and effective way.

Please notice that HPE compatible SFP+/SFP28/XFP/QSFP+/QSFP28 transceivers, all the 40G BiDi transceivers, and the 25G SFP28 Loopback Module are currently not supported by FS Box to reconfigure due to hardware restriction. Any attempt may cause irreversible damage to your transceivers.

I recently received the FS BOX V3 from FS.COM's outstanding post-sales service to address an issue I had with SFP-10GSR-85 module compatibility with my switch DELL-BROCADE. From start to finish, the support provided by FS.COM was exceptional. Their team was attentive, knowledgeable, and committed to resolving my problem swiftly.

The FS BOX V3 has proven to be the definitive solution for overcoming SFP module manufacturer incompatibilities. It's very simple to use. You can clone modules with just a few clicks, and even if you don't have a module to clone, the after-sales support provides the code in your account to be loaded onto the FS modules.. Since implementing the FS BOX V3, I have experienced zero compatibility issues with my Intel NICs, Brocade and Cisco devices.
