We've used a few of these cables in our manufacturing facility to connect between office and shop switches.
They took a fair amount of abuse on install and work perfectly.
We have some with the regular LC ends and some with MTP ends and both work great.
I will say the LC cables came with dust caps and shrink wrap on them under the pull ends.
The MTP ends had no covering under the pull ends and had to have the dust cleaned off that got on them.

I have a project that entails networking two buildings and since the distance is close to 100m I’m inclined to recommend fiber connection over copper. There’s a conduit in ground we can utilize to pull the cable through.
