We told the sales our devices were two Arista DCS-7050CX3-32S-R installed on two cabinets in the IT room. He then asked the distances between the two cabinets, and recommended this 15m AOC. The AOC cable was firmly installed on the QSFP28 ports, and lights came up in a few seconds.

It came in a protective box, and no breakage here. Took it out of the box, can't tell the difference between this and original AOC cable based on looks or experience. I plugged it into the device, it did everything it was supposed to.
