Is the nylon cable tie perfect?

The tie itself is hard plastic, but pliable. One side is smooth and the other side has locking teeth. Once you have pulled it, it locks in place.

I want to use them for cable management inside a computer case. Would that be ok?

Yes they would work well, they are long so you can group together a large amount of wires if desired. Just don't forget to cut the extra cable tie for a cleaner look.

Are these ties UV resistant for long term outdoor use?

I used these cable ties to build a PVC chicken tractor....It been more than 2 months outdoor. To answer your question, i don't know if the zip ties UV resistant but look like it works for now.

Can it easy to be used?

Purchased and used these cable ties for putting together a cube wire grid organiser. Did a fantastic job and looks much better than the cable ties first i bought last year. Easy to use.
