The 400G QSFP-DD ZR+ is a C-Band optical frequency tunable coherent optical module, that combines 7nm coherent DSP ASIC functionality with best-in-class ultra-narrow line-width tunable lasers, high-speed modulators and high responsively coherent receivers. This transceiver is also the one capable of reaching the longest transmission distance thanks to the high-performing O-FEC algorithm. With compliance to OIF MSA standards and multi-vendor interoperability, the module allows interoperability and rapid deployment with other standard-compliant components. Featuring operational simplicity and open ecosystem interoperability, it enables service providers and cloud operators to transition to 400G+ while minimising TCO. It is intended to be used in access, edge, core, and data centre, supporting an open and interoperable networking ecosystem.
