Based on powerful hardware platform, It supports 500 users and 60 concurrent calls which is integrated voice, video, paging, fax, conference, recording and other useful functions. It also provides four slots to install FXO, FXS, Hybrid FXU and E1/T1 boards by hot-plug mode, so that it can be flexibly configured and combined according to the actual use scenarios.

I'm Director of Operations for a church and school -- a 1 person "team" responsible for Operations, I.T., Finance, Accounting, H/R -- you get the picture. I needed an alternative to our archaic PBX that was reliable, low cost, and (most important) supported well. I just don't have time to debug technology. I can't say enough good things about C302. The product does exactly what it promises - easy to install and configure, great quality on calls (even though our LAN is not gigabit speed), and a feature set that rivals any VOIP solution on the market.

I found the device very easy to configure and use. Yes you will need to understand some of terminology (e.g. trunks, routes) but it all makes sense once you do. The web-based configuration is very intuitive. Status lights and LCD display give you information even if you're not looking at the web based UI. We've attached analog phone lines, soft phones, and various VOIP clients and have tested the product pretty heavily and have been very happy with the results. The price is incredible for the functionality.

it has enough capabilities and power for a small to large sized business. I bought this one for a medium application, less than 150 phones, and it all came together with no drama, record your own greetings for callers, get separate voice mail for everyone, even forward voice mails to your cellphone or email. You can back up the system database to a flash card for safety and security.
