The GPON ONU Stick with MAC transceiver module is designed with a simpler and more cost-optimized architecture that ultimately reduces the number of devices deployed and managed in a network. It integrates bidirectional data transmission over one single-mode optical fiber. The GPON ONU Stick with MAC module provides an asymmetric 1.244 Gbps upstream and 2.488 Gbps downstream rate to the CPE without requiring a separate power supply, reaching a link up to 20km via an SC/APC connector.
It integrates the PON MAC function, supports complex ONT management systems including alarm, provides IGMP function, and manages from OLT via OMCI. It is fully compliant with SFP MSA, SFF-8472 RoHS standards and ITU-T G.988 protocol. The GPON ONU Stick with MAC transceiver is ideal for FTTx, business services, wireless backhaul, Ethernet switches and other CPE applications.

Tested on Ubiquiti UDM-SE with UniFi OS 3.2.9, where it works flawlessly.
Initial setup was done with the stick inserted in a Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch 10XP - it's much easier to access its interface on 192.168.1.10

It arrived quite fast even during the Christmas holidays. I would say it worked as expected for my MikroTik Hex S by replacing a Nokia ONT device.
The inly thing that I'm concerned is their temperature which is around 59-61°C.
