The 10G WDM transponder is equipped with 10 SFP/SFP+ slots and it supports multiple protocols such as 1.25Gbps-10Gbps Ethernet, 1/2/8G FC, SONET/SDH, OTU2/2e, SDI, HD-SDI etc. It is designed for wavelength conversion, distance extension and optical signal repeat. Designed for maximum configuration flexibility, this module can plug directly into the M6200 managed chassis, each module occupying one slot.
The module can facilitate an integrated cost-effective and flexible optical layer solution by incorporating a variety of optical layer boards, such as MUX/EDFA/DCM/OLP/R/B. And it supports 1+1 protection of the main control board, visual management, and realises seamless deployment safely and efficiently, which can be used in DWDM dual-fibre/DWDM single-fibre solution, education, retail, entertainment and other industries to solve the problems of high O&M costs and difficult deployment.
