You can make the connection with 10G to 40G Inter-connect Connectivity Cabling Utilizing FHD MTP® -8 Cassettes（10G transceiver—duplex patch cable—MTP®-8 Cassette—MTP®/MPO-12 Female Trunk 40G QSFP+）.
