Other than the cap color, are there any physical differences between UPC and APC types

There is no physical difference between FC UPC and FC APC adapters other than the cap color. As for connection, the polish type of connectors on both sides should be the same as the adapter to make sure precision mating. Like FC UPC adapter for connecting two FC UPC connectors and APC connecting two APC connectors. by G***t on 27/12/2020
