I'm interested in #18044 Loopback Module and #57024 MTP-24 Cassette. Can these loopback modules fit side by side in the cassette?

Yes, the loopback modules can be matched with the cassette. For the testing applications, the loopback signal is used for diagnosing a problem. Sending a loopback test to network equipment, one at a time, is a technique for isolating a problem. by D***t on 24/08/2021
