How many volts and amps can this carry?

As the specifications state: the 12 gauge conductors can carry up to 20 amperes and is rated up to 250 Volts. At 120 volts, that is over 1 horsepower or 746 watts. At 250 volts that is over 2 horsepower, about 1500 watts. Note that this is an IEC power cord and is not designed to plug directly into a common 120 volt AC wall receptacle. This cable has an excellent safety margin designed in for maximum safety. The construction is to very high standards. by B***r on 13/12/2021
