I'm not familiar with this type of power cord, does the c20 male fit into a c19 female end?

Yes, that's correct. So multiple of these cables can be connected end-to-end as an extension for a monitor or computer power cable (probably not the recommended way to use it especially for high power over long distance), or you can plug one end into a c19 power distribution panel or UPS. by A***e on 13/12/2021
