Our switch is Cisco IE-4010-16S12P, Cisco datasheet shows 1300nm, but the tech data of this module mentions 1310 nm, are they compatible?

I think you can use since your device supports 100Mbps module, but you need to make sure that the wavelengths of the modules connected at both ends are the same. Module wavelength is actually a range value, and wavelength generally does not affect the use of the module in the switch. by C***e on 26/07/2021
