FS Free On-site Installation Service
  • Our technical experts will work on-site at your organization to help you test, install, implement and manage our products and solutions. They're prepared with the technical expertise and certifications to ensure you continue to get the best possible value from the equipment purchased from FS.
On-site Installation Process
  • Make an on-site service appointment
    for a specific order.

  • FS shall contact you to confirm the request
    details within 24 working hours.

  • FS technical engineer offers the
    on-site service.
How to Make an Appointment
  • Submit Request on the Checkout Page

    FS will provide on-site installation service for checked items on the checkout page.

    Choose FS Delivery & Installation on the checkout page when placing the order online.
    Tick on-site installation service for items in need of this service.
    Select installation timeslot according to your schedule.
  • Submit Request in Account Center

    If you haven't chosen FS Delivery & Installation service on the checkout page, you can make an appointment in your FS account center.

    Click "Request Installation" for a qualified order.
    Select installation timeslot according to your schedule. And describe the details about your request so that your request can be handled more efficiently.

    Submit Request for Offline Orders

    If you don't request on the above places, or you're in some particular situations (eg. the offline order placed by a registered customer), don't worry. You may still make an installation appointment at on-site service application page.

    On-site services are available for items in stock in FS Singapore warehouse. And FS technicians will process each application case-by-case.

    Which district can enjoy on-site service?
    A:
    All districts in Singapore can enjoy the on-site services.

    When can an on-site service be provided?
    A:
    On-site services can be provided on working days after submitting the application.
  • Q:
    What is the charge for the on-site service?
    A:
    Free on-site services are currently available in Singapore. (Please note that if the order amount is less than S$99 or if the order contains heavy or oversized products, the corresponding freight will be charged. This is not an on-site service charge.)
  • Q:
    How can I check the on-site service status?
    A:
    You can check the status in your FS account center. Or contact your account manager to get the latest update.
  • Q:
    Can I apply installation for an order that someone placed for me?
    A:
    Yes, you can request installation at On-site Installation Service Application using an valid order number. Please notice that only registered customers can submit this application. You may need to register a FS account first if you don't have one.
