Smooth durable plastic and the front cover has hinges that flip both upwards and down.

As good (if not better) than equivalent Panduit products at 1/3rd the cost. Knocking off a single star because the front panel pops off a little too easily which is a double-edged sword. That doesn't change its insanely great value at $20, and I loved the brushed, minimalist design that keeps FS.com a cut above the rest!

One thing I'd like to see in the future is a 2U variant with a deeper storage depth. Something like the NEAT-PATCH to store cable slack and various tools and pieces (e.g. rack nuts).

Although our first purchase is nothing technical, the cable managers are excellent. They are the perfect width and the cover clips in very easily. Even the cage nuts and screws are high quality. And thank you for providing reasonable pricing.
