This NVR is a great product! Was extremely easy to add the cameras without much effort. It provides the power over ethernet; can review recordings via app, internet or at the NVR. It has lots of powerful features and does very well recording the three cameras up and down the street in 4k. I have it set to record continuous 24 hours and retain all motion video until it runs out of space

I bought 16 channels of NVR to match 10 cameras in our market, we are surprised to find that this NVR are compatible with FS and other brands, in fact it can support up to 16 cameras, so if we expand the market premise later, we can still add cameras to it. We also tried to access it remotely with an APP or WEB, very efficient.

Equipment works good, easy to setup, but where this item really shines is FS customer services. I was having an issue (one that I had caused messing with configurations) and FS customer service was quick and reliable getting me back on track. 10 / 10 would buy again!

The documents for the NVR are intuitive and helpful, we don't waste a lot of time to configure the connections. I have WiFi cameras already connected to the app and I also connect them to the NVR, they work fine, Now, I'm working on adding additional cameras in our warehouse and offices, by the way, our cameras are also from FS.

We have used FS products for years. Our factories need cameras and recorders a lot, this NVR is new product and its features and functions match our needs, so we wanna have a try, it turned out that we did a good choice. The quality is excellent and the fact that you can call a customer support rep who knows the product and willing to offer help is invaluable. I am 100% satisfied with FS products and support.
