The 9CH Mux Demux is a cost-effective, flexible, and suitable for short-distance transmission passive CWDM device based on Free Space technology. This unit can be used as either a multiplexer or de-multiplexer (mux/demux). In accordance with the ITU-T G.694.1 100GHz grid, it maximizes the capacity of the C-band range.
In conjunction with FS CWDM optical transceivers and OADM, etc., this Mux Demux supports a wide range of architectures from simple point-to-point to amplified ring configurations.

About two weeks ago, we were preparing our purchase list including some SFP modules, fiber jumpers, panels, and CWDM MUX/DEMUXes. We'd love to buy all of the components from FS, but I was still uncertain whether the 9ch Single-fiber CWDM MUX/DEMUXes would fit our demands. So I turned to FS's account manager for help. The AM provided me with a solution of deploying 9ch and 2ch CWDM MUX/DEMUXes based on our case. The maximum link loss was within the range of acceptance. Their detailed product list covered EVERY item description and some remarks for my reference, which impressed me indeed.
