I’ve purchased DWDM products a lot of times for my company in FS. The amplifier modules worked well in the FMT chassis. There have been no issues since we built up the network.

The support staff went above and beyond to help me out.The physical connection is displayed in a visio draft. Which case holds which module, fiber patch cables are pulled from which ports and end in which ports are all presented. The instruction is so clear that I did not waste too much time on figuring the procedure. Thump-up for these great guys and their considerate service. I'd say to buy from them directly if you can.

Got a dozen of EDFA-BA with AGC (Automatic Gain Control) mode. Their customer service is prompt, responsive and accommodating for any of your needs.

Used the EDFA in our 16CH DWDM system. Our link was about 60km. FS guys suggested that we’d better use this item with the 80km SFP+ module. They explained that we should use this product to ensure the whole link loss less than 20dB, so we could get a 3dB margin. We finally bought the boost amplifier, the 80km SFP+ modules and FMT chassis for accommodating the EDFA, and asked FS team to deliver the goods fast. They contacted their local warehouse in Delaware. A few days later, we got the items. We installed them in our system, all worked and zero packets lost. This was our first deal with FS, the professional team and good negotiation made us impressed. Would like to shop again.

Needed a boost amplifier in our DWDM system. The AM asked our transmission distance, power budget, etc. and then recommended this EDFA with 17dBm output power. Deployed the item in the system, traffic was stable.

One month ago, we asked FS OTN team to design a DWDM solution for our long haul fiber project which needed to be able to transmit 10G on the 200km A to B path with an attenuation of 45dB. The team further confirmed our needs and suggested us a dual fiber 8CH DWDM solution on our G.655 fiber. They also provided us a product list, and all the products were really reasonably priced especially compared to products from other vendors on the market. We purchased all the products they recommended. All packages came promptly and all products were unbroken. I like the FMT platforms with EDFA, DCM and other plug-in cards most, as these platforms help us save much space in our racks. The entire system installation and setup were simple. Works flawlessly, with no issues so far. All in all, FS is a great company to work with, I highly recommend it!

All products work exactly as expected after the connection, their function is as good as the advertisement, 80km DWDM link runs smoothly with the EDFA. My account manager has been very patient in providing me with installation guidance, it's really one nice shopping experience.
