Very glad that this switch support both BGP IPv4(up to 32k) and BGP IPv6(up to 8k). And it is a viable replacement for our Brocade ICX series POE campus switches as they age out.

This switch has been used in our office for a long time, and it still works perfectly. To be honest, it was a little difficult to configure for us as I'm a new of FS switches, but the after-sales treatment was really good, they provide remote technical services, always answered, and helped patiently. The last time I chatted with my friends, I also recommended FS to them.

Used for our phone system, with 48 ports, totally 740 Watt, these are great to output POE power for small to medium size devices. Would buy again!

Cost effective and reliable.We specialize in installing IP security camera systems, as the job grows we just need it stack more switches and buy a 10G DAC cable to uplink them to each other through the SFP+ ports. Overall, I am very happy with the switch.

I bought 10+ S5500 for a network infrastructure upgrade project, before this my go to hardware is Ubiquiti, either their USW-Pro-40-POE+, or their EdgeSwitch ES-48-750W. I used a pair of Dell MX9116n as the core switch. I was quite not adapted to FS OS at first, but after digging it out and I found it is quite easy of their OS to operate.

I'm sorry I hadn't come across the FS line sooner, it would probably have swayed me before I got to Ubiquiti.
