Excellent, top notch service.

Our new branch is about 5km from our headquarter. We would like to use a scalable CWDM system to connect the two sites and prepared for future expansion. We told FS team our requirements, and they replied to us as soon as we reached them. This made us impressed. They professionally asked about our fiber type, optical budget, etc. and then designed a 4CH CWDM MUX/DEMUX system for us. According to their advice, we could use 10km SFP+ CWDM modules on the MUX to implement the existing 2CH 10G transmissions. We still had another two channels for future expansion. These knowledgeable men also helped us ensure the compatibility between our devices and the 10G modules. Actually, the modules functioned well in the CWDM system.

We bought this 10G CWDM SFP+ transceiver for our WDM network in our campus. The transceiver was received in three days. We checked the appearance, no flaw and no sign of use. Of course, worked without issue as well.
