I'm Director of Operations for a church and school -- a 1 person "team" responsible for Operations, I.T., Finance, Accounting, H/R -- you get the picture. I needed an alternative to our archaic PBX that was reliable, low cost, and (most important) supported well. I just don't have time to debug technology. I can't say enough good things about C302. The product does exactly what it promises - easy to install and configure, great quality on calls (even though our LAN is not gigabit speed), and a feature set that rivals any VOIP solution on the market.

I found the device very easy to configure and use. Yes you will need to understand some of terminology (e.g. trunks, routes) but it all makes sense once you do. The web-based configuration is very intuitive. Status lights and LCD display give you information even if you're not looking at the web based UI. We've attached analog phone lines, soft phones, and various VOIP clients and have tested the product pretty heavily and have been very happy with the results. The price is incredible for the functionality.

it has enough capabilities and power for a small to large sized business. I bought this one for a medium application, less than 150 phones, and it all came together with no drama, record your own greetings for callers, get separate voice mail for everyone, even forward voice mails to your cellphone or email. You can back up the system database to a flash card for safety and security.

When Our old PBX died after years of faithful service we wanted to get a new one. We wanted to go VOIP for easier setup at everyones desk since the office already had Ethernet at every desk and office. We are a medium office and needed 300 extensions. So when we found a PBX with all the features we needed we figured it was worth a try. So after two weeks of using it we have zero complaints. good solid system that was simple to set up and maintain. The hardest thing to do was port our hundreds of number, FS team answered all our questions. if you are looking for simple easy yet full functioned PBX you need look no further.

This is an excellent product. Plenty of features. We are a small office right now, but when we grow larger, it's nice to know we won't have to change phone systems since it has features for even very large offices with many different departments.
