FS BOX V4 offers key upgrades over V3, especially for QSFP-DD support and flexible mobile field use. From a hardware perspective, V3 and V4 share programming capabilities for common SFP/QSFP transceivers and DAC/AOC cables with DDM monitoring and wavelength tuning, while V4 adds QSFP-DD support and a built-in battery for on-site use without external power. From a software and connectivity perspective, both can be operated via a computer, but V4 also offers Bluetooth connectivity and dedicated Android/iOS apps for mobile configuration and monitoring. For basic desk-based use with standard SFP/QSFP modules, V3 offers good value, but for greater functionality and on-site efficiency, V4 is the recommended choice and is worth the additional cost.

Due to the especially of the HPE compatible codes, the modules couldn't be re-corded to Aruba compatible by FS Box. But SFP, SFP+, SFP28, XFP, QSFP+, QSFP28, QSFP-DD could be re-corded to other compatible by Box V4, such as Cisco, Dell, Jumper etc.,

Regarding the GPON ONU Stick, please note that it can't be configured by the FS BOX. This GPON Stick module is used for the 1G SFP port of Ethernet switching devices and can be compatible with multiple brand devices.

Yes, our box can write mainstream compatible code for our modules. For example, you can buy neutral compatible 10GSR module and use box to configure Juniper compatible code.
