It is not recommended that you do so, unlike common fiber optic transceiver, BiDi transceiver is only with one port which uses an integral bidirectional coupler to transmit and receive signals over a single fiber optical cable. Thus, BiDi optical transceivers must be used in pairs.

"BIDI" stands for Bi-Directional. It refers to a type of optical communication where two-way communication occurs on a single pair of fibers. In BIDI modules, different wavelengths are used for transmitting and receiving signals in opposite directions over the same fiber pair, enabling efficient use of the fiber infrastructure for both transmit and receive data.

Yes, when using BiDi modules, you will generally need to use a pair of attenuators, one for each module.

Simplex single-mode cables with LC/UPC connectors. I bought these simplex cables along with some BIDI modules and they work great.

Hi, you can customize them at customized 25G 10km 1270nm/1330nm modules #85136, and you also need dell compatible customized 25G 10km 1330nm/1270nm modules to use BIDI modules in pairs. I also have Dell Dell-5048F and tested well.

No, BIDI module has a LC simplex connector and needs to be used with the LC simplex calble.
