We are looking to put in a fiber backbone between our 2 buildings about 300 feet apart outdoors. What cable and connector type (APC or UPC) would you recommend for a LAN link like this?

The industrial fiber patch cable is recommended to you. As for the polish type, it depends on your application and equipment, and please kindly note that generally UPC is used for connecting to fiber optic transceivers.

I want Indoor OM3 fiber cables (running in a conduit in the loft/attic, between layers of thermal insulation material) and outdoor OM3 fiber cables (running in a conduit underground, between the main building and garage/garden, approx 1m underground, the temperature is much more stable than "free air").

You want to buy fiber cables for underground pipes, right? If the pipes can be kept dry continuously, then indoor patch cords can be applied. Note that indoor patch cords are not waterproof, not moisture-proof, not bite-proof.

We have purchased your OM3 jumper, but the ISP's are single mode at 10G. Is there any 10G Ethernet Media Converter that can convert single mode to multimode OM3?

Thanks for your question. We recommend 10G SR #11552 for multimode modules, 10G LR #11555 for single mode modules and Mini 1.25M~11.7G SFP+ to SFP+ Slot Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter AC 100V~240V which is available offline. The connection is single mode fiber cables -- 10G LR #11555 -- 10G single mode to multimode transceiver -- 10G SR #11552 -- OM3 fiber cables.

The scope of work will be running OM3 indoor fiber cable for a condo building, the goal will be to break 2 standards of fiber in each condo and continue to the next one above it, the break will be in a 2×4 electrical box, we will need to terminate the 2 strands on a 2x4 box, then provide connectivity to an access point with fiber interface, do you have any recommendations for the parts we may use. The reason we are doing it this way is that the building is old and the ran 3/4" conduit between the floor's total of 5 stories, let me know if you need further info, thanks again

What is the minimum recommended conduit size for this cable?

The connector of your cable is LC Duplex, so the diameter of the conduit should be ≥13mm.
