Hi, could anyone perhaps tell me how high the strips are for the labels above the patch panel. I have a label machine that can print on 6, 9, 12 mm widths and I would like to buy tape that would be suitable for this panel

Yes, there is label paper above the panel already. The height for the paper label is 6mm.

How to mount this inside a in wall networking panel or multimedia cabinet?

This panel can be installed in a standard 19" network rack with the screws provided with the product. There are two standard spaced holes on each end of the unit which are used for bolting to any 19 inch equipment rack.
