No. The SFP-10G-T-30 only supports 10G speed (10GBase-T). A 1G port cannot provide the required electrical signals. Although it can be physically inserted, it cannot establish a link. If you need to use a 1G-T module on the other end, SFP-GE-T is recommended, which is compatible with 1G ports.
